Before founding Artivo Shades, Nikhil Barua built a successful career in mechanical engineering in Canada. Over time, he recognized a gap in the shading industry: most providers offered limited, pre-set options rather than solutions truly tailored to each space.
He launched Artivo Shades to take a more comprehensive, engineering- and design-driven approach—delivering fully integrated, customized shading systems for residential and commercial clients who value innovation and quality. To support this vision, he assembled a dedicated team of full-time designers and engineers, ensuring every project is executed with technical precision, creative insight, and uncompromising attention to detail.
